Propoman contains a balanced and concentrated combination of extracts from Green Propolis, Açaí, and Bee Pollen. It was developed to help prevent prostate-related issues and alleviate associated symptoms, such as pain or burning sensation during urination, increased urinary frequency, prostate enlargement, and discomfort in the pelvic region.
Green Propolis provides powerful antioxidant activity and properties that eliminate free radicals, helping to prevent the early stages of cellular degradation. It also exhibits bactericidal, anti-inflammatory, and immunomodulatory activities.
Açaí helps relieve urinary symptoms such as reduced urine flow, incomplete bladder emptying, and post-void dribbling. Additionally, recent studies have shown that açaí also contributes to the improvement of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH).
Bee Pollen is rich in 18 types of amino acids, as well as flavonoids and minerals such as zinc and selenium. It has protective activity that offers beneficial effects on the prostate without known side effects, and it can help regulate endocrine glands.

What makes green propolis different from regular propolis?
Green propolis comes from a single plant found in southeastern Brazil, Baccharis dracunculifolia. That origin gives it Artepillin C, a compound almost absent in other propolis types and the reason it's one of the most studied bee products in the world.
How do I take it?
Extracts: 20–40 drops a day in water, tea, juice or honey. Spray: 2–3 sprays in the throat when needed. Capsules: follow the label. Propokids: 7.5 ml a day, from age 1. Or as directed by your healthcare professional.
Alcoholic or alcohol-free extract — which should I choose?
The alcoholic extract is the most concentrated (25% dry extract). Aquapropolis is water-based and alcohol-free (11% dry extract) — gentler on sensitive stomachs and a good choice if you avoid alcohol.
